Diabetes Prevention Program

Our  MRx  Navigate Diabetes Prevention Program is designed to help people with prediabetes reduce or prevent their risk of developing Type 2 diabetes. This lifestyle change  program focuses on healthy eating, physical activity and weight management. The best part is that it's absolutely free for members and dependents   covered by    EMI health insurance!

Our program is part of the CDC-led National Diabetes Prevention Program and people who participate can cut their risk of developing Type 2 diabetes by 58%.

During this 12 month program, you will work with a dedicated lifestyle coach who will help you learn new skills, set and meet goals, and stay motivated! You will also be part of a support group where you can share ideas, celebrate successes and help each other overcome obstacles.

If you have been diagnosed with prediabetes, or believe you may be at risk for developing the disease, our  MRx  Navigate Diabetes Prevention Program is perfect for you!  Space is limited, so don't wait to get started!
